Higher Sights Counseling works to provide the best possible care for individuals we serve. Higher Sights Counseling offers a grievance process that is consistent, fair, and easily accessible. Anyone who may feel dissatisfaction about services provided are accepted verbally or in writing.
Please email our Administrative Director of Higher Sights Counseling, Caitlyn Wright, with concerns. Please include your name, date of birth if you are a client, phone number and email, time, date, location of event, witnesses names, account of event, and proposed solution and please sign and date. The Director of of Client Services with provide a resolution within 15 business days.
